V3 Realty has created a number of investment entities involving both residential and commercial projects. These include several single-purpose entities for which V3 Realty serves a manager as well as five investment funds with committed equity capital of over $45 million. The latest fund, V3 Landvision V, LLC, closed in November 2006.

Since 1997, V3 Realty has managed investments in development projects with a total value of over $200 million. V3 Realty continues to acquire property that fits the firm's value-added investment profile.
