Keith A. Blais

Principal

Mr. Blais as over 20 years of experience in corporate and project level management in the construction and residential real estate industries. Prior to joining V3 Realty in 1997, he held positions in firms that have been listed in the top 150 of the Professional Builders Top 400 list. Mr. Blais has provided senior project management on multiple projects as well as market research, feasibility, land acquisition, planning, governmental entitlements and disposition of properties. Mr. Blais received a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction from Purdue University Calumet.

John M. Moysey

Principal

Mr. Moysey has over 34 years of experience in commercial real estate serving as both a principal as well as an agent for institutions and corporate clients. Prior to joining V3 Realty in 1998, Mr. Moysey served as Executive Vice President and Chicago Regional Manager for Grubb & Ellis, a national real estate brokerage, management and consulting firm. Previously, Mr. Moysey was Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors at AMLI Realty Co., a Chicago-based developer of business parks. Mr. Moysey received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Drake University. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Illinois, and is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and the Urban Land Institute.

David C. Lambert

Principal

Mr. Lambert has over 30 years of experience in a variety of real estate disciplines including commercial and residential land development, multi-family residential projects, and office and industrial buildings. Prior to joining V3 Realty in 1998, Mr. Lambert spent 17 years with AMLI Realty Co., where he served as Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Lambert supervised AMLI's Chicago area land and business park strategy, which entailed the acquisition of over 4,300 acres of land. In all, five mixed-use business parks were established. Mr. Lambert received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from Knox College. Mr. Lambert began his career on the audit staff of KPMG Peat Marwick, working primarily with real estate clients.

Jodi Rana

Administrative Assistant / Accounting

Mr. Rana joined V3 Realty in 1999. Previously, she worked for Stein & Company, a Chicago-based property management firm, where her responsibilities included administrative and accounting activities. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from Butler University.
